Every Thursday @8.15pm for 20 minutes (ish!)

Connecting and feeling part of a community is so important to us humans. I wanted to create a regular space for those who know me, follow me and come to my classes to come together and join me LIVE each week. Knowing that a community is there for you lifts you up and provides that feeling of support and encouragement.

Loneliness, stress, isolation and overwhelm can hugely affect our overall well-being - these FREE evening sessions are for me just as much as they are for you. You are my community and I am so grateful for you, this feels a small way of giving something back to inspire, teach, empower and hold much needed space.
