So it may seem a little obvious to focus on love in the month that Love Day falls BUT let's focus on Self-Love. Those little, everyday things (like 10 minutes of yoga and a short meditation) to include without the need for perfection or doing it right! Just start, just roll out your mat or even scrap the mat altogether and start on your lounge floor! Yoga is yoga whether you add candles and music or not. Yoga is moving your body in time with your breath and being fully aware of yourself. YOU'VE GOT THIS!
