December can be that month that we can often feel like we race through. Getting from one thing to another without really connecting and being present in our lives. Resting well can feel like an unproductive use of our precious time and so can be the first thing to go when life gets busy (and I mean busy with the good stuff!). Without rest, we become exhausted and even with the loveliest of experiences planned in, we can miss them. Miss them in a haze of foggy sleepiness. This month let's prioritise rest. Creating opportunities to rest throughout the day in the simplest of ways.
