Day Retreat

 

The thought of January can stir up all sorts of feelings and emotions inside us from excitement and intention to dread and worry. This Day Retreat is the perfect opportunity to have some much needed time and space that's all dedicated to YOU and your well-being. Nestled amongst beautiful Milton Keynes scenery, we will enjoy some much needed time to truly RESET, become excited for the year ahead and reflect on 2019.

What does the day involve?

  • Intention, goal and affirmation setting

  • Journaling

  • Breathing practices

  • Yoga sequences to inspire you

  • Mindfulness

  • Learning simple and effective self-massage

  • Restorative Yoga poses

  • Yoga sleep (a personal favourite)

  • A delicious, warming and healthy lunch

  • Allll the tea and mid afternoon blissful snacks
