As the seasons change we get to choose whether we ignore the changes happening in our world or embrace them. Let's choose to embrace the changes we are experiencing and act accordingly. This may mean taking more rest, shifting your routines or simply getting out your autumn jackets so that getting outside can feel a beautiful (and cosy) experience... no such thing as bad weather right!?
