You know those times when you're absorbed in what you're doing? Focused, present and connected to the moment? That's a FLOW STATE. That flow feeling we get when we're all in with what we're doing. Whether that is working on a project, playing a game with your kids, cooking dinner or going for a walk. 

Thing is... our modern minds are now accustomed to multi-tasking and so we can find ourselves stuck in busy, unable to focus for very long and that FLOW state becomes more and more out of reach.

We're going to find our flow using yoga and mindfulness practices that suit YOU, what YOU need and the time YOU have to practice.
