In today's busy, tech-filled world, everyday life can feel overwhelming and stressful with that feeling of racing towards the future or getting caught up in events from the past. We can even get caught up and wound up in projects right in the present. Auto-pilot kicks in and life can become a tiring, draining, demotivating blur. When we are not BREATHING optimally, EVERYTHING is affected. Our sleep, our energy, our relationships, our work, our fun and our joy. Essentially, our breath directly affects how we feel, and we can choose to survive or thrive.
