You may be feeling way out of our comfort zone and like everything is changing which can feel unsettling. Yoga and mindfulness online is a great way to access your class. You can practice looking and feeling however you want, you can join in with the class chat or have a quiet one and you will still be fully supported by me and our incredible community. I am here for you, just like I always have been and you will gain so much from continuing to practice, learn and feel inspired. Plus you'll still feel connected to yourself and the class just when you really need it. This is a class for all abilities as there are plenty of options. BEGINNERS SO, SO WELCOME!

1. Get really comfy and be warm enough (think cosy socks and layers)
2. Create a mindful yoga space with oils, crystals, props, a drink, candles...
3. Decide if you want some music on and choose a playlist
