Want to FEEL & FULLY EXPERIENCE the benefits of cold water & breath training & how to apply them to your everyday life, but not sure where to start and are nervous to do new stuff alone?

No experience of cold water exposure or breath training required - just come along with an open mind and an open heart

WHAT DO I BRING?

Swimming costume

Towel (a poncho style towel is ideal)

ALL the layers - comfy ones to move and breathe in and then get cosy in

(Cosy) socks

Warm hat

Goggles if you like

Trainers & flip flops/sliders (socks and sliders are fully embraced here!)

Something waterproof for wet things

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Oxygen Advantage Breath Training to learn to breath functionally with some movement to feel present and grounded (and ready!)

Time exposed to cold water (time in the pool with my guidance and everyone supporting you)

Audios to have forever of breathing techniques to practice

HOW DO I PREPARE?

You don't need to do anything specifically to prepare. Your welcome email will give you some ideas if you want to try new things in the lead up to the event

PARKING AND SITE INFORMATION

The pool will have a life guard on duty and there is a huge car park opposite the entrance to the pool at a sports ground... super easy and convenient. There is a changing room at the pool and showers too. We will be using the brand new indoor space to train our breath so we are under cover while we prepare for our dip
