Zest Yoga studio on the highstreet in Olney provides the backdrop for the first half of our time together followed by riverside walking (maybe even a wild swim/paddle/feet dangle - who knows!), journalling, meditation and a BYO Picnic (as lavish or as super simple as you jolly well like!)
