3 days and 2 nights retreating in a truly beautiful space to reset and renew whilst prioritsing sleeping, breathing, self-love, connecting with yourself and moving. Feeling present and connected while we learn to give our thinking minds a well earned breather

We'll be:

Hiking - The space is stunning and fresh air will feel like medicine to soothe an overstimulated nervous system

Breathing - I'll be sharing functional breathing as an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Trainer

Movement - all kinds of practices to feel awake and alive

Eating - the healthiest of balanced, vegetarian food hand crafted on site with dietary needs catered for

Resting - making our sleep a priority - let's change how we sleep and how we live each day

Meditation - Life changing daily practices to learn and feel empowered to continue

&

There will be time to connect with each other as well as yourself and nature to get out of your head. This will be the reset, rest, slow down you're looking for as well as times for silence and reflection.

An AF (alcohol free) and Phone Free 3 days in line with all of our research and own experiemces around what works to live a happier and healthier life

Accommodation

This beautiful space has been lovingly refurbished by Julie & Chris. They are on hand to help us with all we may need and you'll be getting to know Julie as she'll be guiding you through meditation - a true expert in this (mine) field!

4 Lodge rooms with THE most COMFORTABLE bunk beds created with sleep in mind and zero electricty in the rooms

(Having stayed here, I can confirm that the beds are incredible and if we get out of our heads about sleeping in bunks, I think we're ok with it!)

Full access to the Kitchen 

Hot showers - The toilets and showers are all shared

A spacious main room for chilling, moving and dining in

The outside space is what sold this destination in Wales for me - you have to see it to believe it!
