Welcome to our 7 day Challenge to
JUST:START creating Self-Care habits that STICK in everyday life.

Each day will have something to DO and something to WRITE.
The challenge is cumulative so by DAY SEVEN we will all be prioritising our Self-Care in SEVEN ways!

It can be daunting to finish a course around self-care and then for it to be over! Come and join us in our BE:WELL CLUB so you can feel a part of something, join us for online breath and yoga classes which are now on EVERY DAY! We also have supportive whatsapp groups and self-notes from me weekly.
