Flipping Screen Strain : 10 minutes

Anyone else using a screen more? The effects on our neck and shoulders (as well as our eyes and back) is really plain to feel. Use these 10 minutes to counteract that hunched feeling at the base of the neck... you won't regret it and it WILL ease a neck hump or prevent it from happening. I am in!
