Strength Training * Nutrition * Yoga * Relaxation
3 hours well spent to feel connected to your body, mind and soul in amongst the busyness of everyday life. The morning will bring together useful & easily digestible nutrition knowledge, an introduction to realistic strength and resistance training, mindful yoga and energising relaxation - all with a sense of fun. We will let go of perfect and feel a sense of appreciation for all that our wonderful bodies can do.
Rachel (RBPT) is a personal trainer with a holistic approach at the core of all she does. Kelly (KellyHopkinsonYoga) seeks to empower all those she works with to prioritise self-care in the simplest and most realistic ways. Together, all bases are more than covered!
The day will kick off with a chance to wake up tired bodies and learn simple and realistic exercises to build into life that develop strength. A yoga practice will provide a deeper sense of connection to yourself and a feeling of space throughout the body. Nutrition information and getting curious about the power of intention setting will be weaved throughout the morning - finishing off with an energising relaxation. Leaving you feeling awake and alive, yet completly relaxed... MAGIC!
Oh... and there are snacks!! The morning will be powered by PEEL JUICE BAR with a delicious smoothie and protein fueled snack - delicious!
This is a workshop that is truly for EveryBODY.
