Take a breather from life and all of those roles you have to focus on yourself and your health and your well-being across 5 days in beautiful Wales. When you know you need to rewire, you just know, right so give yourself this time and space that is all for you because you're SO worth the logistics and effort it takes to create the time to get away (I feel you!).

We'll be:

Hiking - Hello Snowdon!

Breathing - Oxygen Advantage has been a game changer for me and you'll be able to feel it too

Focusing - with realistic and easily accessible meditation practices

Moving - including yoga practice

Eating the healthiest of vegetarian food hand crafted on site with dietary needs catered for

Resting - dedicated time to get to know our sleep and change it to suit how we want to be living

&

Connecting with each other, getting outside to fully experience Wales... the river is just beautiful as are the carefully crafted sensory paths that wind up to look out points and just being!

(There's too much to include here and I like to keep a little mystery whilst at the same time ensuring you know where you stand!)

Accommodation

This beautiful space has been lovingly refurbished by Julie & Chris and has been available to book from this year. They are on hand to help us with all we may need and you'll be getting to know Julie as she'll be guiding you through meditation - a true expert in this (mine) field!

3 Lodge rooms that include 2 sets of bunk beds - have questions about the accommodation, just ask!

(Having stayed here, I can confirm that the beds are incredible and if we get out of our heads about sleeping in bunks, I think we're ok with it!)

Full access to the Kitchen at all times

Hot showers 

A spacious main room for chilling, moving, resting, breathing and dining in

The outside space is what sold this place for me - you have to see it to believe it!
