The effects of Burnout are awful aren't they. Exhaustion, poor sleep, zero energy or motivation, irritable, angry, ill, injured... I mean it goes on doesn't it. I hit it towards the end of 2020 and I created this challenge after reading all I could on how and why burnout happens, the effects and then how to ensure it doesn't happen again. I'm applying all this stuff I teach about (because it's simple and effective) but I'm noit promising it's easy. It's not easy to change our habits, prioritise ourselves and make the effort. BUT... it is worth it!
