Tight muscles and tight connective tissue that wraps around them can make us achy, tired and drain us of our energy. The great thing about this sequence is that it's REAL LIFE and simple. You get to miss bits out when you don't have a full 20 minutes and you get to feel as though you're in it with someone rather than out there on your own guessing what to do. Your body will thank you for spending time with your foam roller releasing fascia and it'll give you that little bit more motivation to do all those everyday things that can leave you feeling like your body is turning to stone!
