2 nights & 3 days retreating in a truly beautiful space to reset and renew whilst prioritsing sleepin, breathing and moving. Feeling present and connected while we learn to give our thinking minds a well earned breat her
We'll be:
Hiking - The space is stunning and fresh air will feel like medicine to soothe an overstimulated nervous system
Breathing - I'll be sharing functional breathing as an Oxygen Advantage Trainer - EXCITED!
Yoga & movement practices - all kinds of practices to feel awake and alive
Eating - Nourishing and delicious vegetarian food hand crafted on site with dietary needs catered for
Resting - making our sleep a priority so let's change how we sleep!

There will be time to connect with each other as well as yourself and nature to get out of your head. This will be the reset you're looking for.

Accommodation
This beautiful space has been lovingly refurbished by Julie & Chris and has been available to book from this year. They are on hand to help us with all we may need and you'll be getting to know Julie as she'll be guiding you through meditation, how the brain works and forest bathing - a true expert in this field!
Shared accommodation - 3 Lodge rooms that include 2 sets of bunk beds
(Having stayed here, I can confirm that the beds are incredible and if we get out of our heads about sleeping in bunks, I think we're ok with it!)
Access to tea and coffee and snacks throughout the day
Hot showers
A spacious main room for chilling, moving and dining in

Kelly Hopkinson
I LOVE teaching all about self-care and HOW we can simply add practices to our everyday lives to up level ourselves! To feel ENOUGH as well as excited to move and work towards our hopes and goals. Enjoying and being present in the journey from where we are to where we're going.
I specialise in breath training and weave it throughout movement, cold water exposure, nature, yoga and EVERYTHING I do!

Meet Julie
Julie McFadden
An absolute joy of a human to be around with expertise and numerous qualifications around meditation and neuroscience.
Julie owns Snowdonia hub with her husband Chris and is as excited as I am to guide you through practices to UNPLUG from the day to day busyness of the mind and our lives to be able to reconnect with ourselves. A true friend of mine so I am incredibly lucky!
You'll often find Julie outdoors tending to her natural surroundings and making things beautiful!
