Simple Hamstring LOVE:12 Minutes

A few minutes when you want to stay laying down but know you need some yoga. Stretch out tired hamstrings and move sleepy, stuck hips. Lay down ANYWHERE! On your bed before sleeping is a great plan... you just need some kind of belt.
