The chance to feel and experience breathwork outdoors in nature with some breath-improving movements too, in the most beautiful setting alongside a whole community of incredible people. Training the BREATH outside amongst an incredible community is MAGIC and you'll feel the benefits In association with The Parks Trust Sessions run whatever the weather!

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to Breathe with me. Please note that a refund will only be available for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the start time of the first session. If you are unable to make one of the three sessions, a refund will not be issued but you will receive a recording of the content you missed.
